Fergus AI can be used for one of our predefined application domains (see Applications section) or it can be fully customised with your information.
Fergus AI includes our prebuilt conversational interface and dialog manager and can be accessed via the web or a range of messaging frameworks.
Setting Up Fergus AI
To start using Fergus AI there are a few simple steps:
- Create an account within our portal
- Choose your application domain (including our general purpose model)
- Select relevant knowledge sources (from our knowledge graphs and/or from your custom data)
- Select one or more deployments (web or messaging service)
- Deploy
- Monitor and track via our built-in analytics tools
